Calisthenia — a gamified calisthenics RPG app with ranked exercises.

Q3 2026 · iOS & Android · No equipment

Your body is the gym.
Now it has a rank.

200+ bodyweight exercises. Seven tiers. Climb from Iron to Challenger with nothing but your body and a phone.

Free to join the list. Founder price locks $19.99 forever for the first 500.

Seven ranks. One ladder.

Every exercise has its own climb.

What makes it stick

Four mechanics, working together.

Every rep, ranked

200+ bodyweight exercises, each with its own ladder. You earn LP for what you actually do.

Skill trees

Branching paths to planche, front lever, muscle-up, and human flag. Pick your specialty.

Daily quests

Show up, climb, keep the streak. Miss a day, lose your bonus. Not your rank.

Live leaderboards

Friends, region, global. See where you stand and who's closing the gap.

How it works

Four steps. No shortcuts.

Placement matches

Test what you can do today across pull, push, core, and legs. You get your starting rank in 15 minutes.

Train your ladder

Sessions are built around your rank. Hit your reps, gain LP, unlock the next progression.

Rank up

Cross a threshold and you climb. Every tier brings harder variations, longer holds, deeper skills.

Chase Challenger

The top 1% per region. The hardest variations. The cleanest form. The shortest list of names.

Seasons reset. Skill doesn't.

Every three months the ladder zeroes. Your training history stays, your skill ratings stay, but the rank you defend resets to placement. The leaderboard never goes stale. Last season's Challenger has to earn it again.

The questions you're already asking

Skip ahead. We'll answer them.

How does the app know I actually did the reps?
Your phone camera. Most exercises use on-device computer vision to count reps and check form. For holds, it watches your position. You can also log manually, but manual reps are flagged on the leaderboard.
Won't people just lie to climb?
Two safeguards. Verified reps (camera) earn full LP. Manual reps earn 60% and get a flag visible to friends and on the public leaderboard. Top-tier players need verified workouts to be eligible for ranked.
Is this just streak guilt with extra steps?
No. Missing a day costs your quest bonus, not your rank. You can skip a week without losing what you built. The goal is climbing, not punishment.
How is this different from Caliverse or Thenx?
Those are workout libraries with progressions. Calisthenia is a ranked ladder: your work is measured against everyone else's on the same exercise. You don't just train, you compete.
What if I'm a complete beginner?
Iron tier exists exactly for that. Knee push-ups, assisted squats, dead hangs. You start where you are and climb.
Do I need any equipment?
No. Every starter tier works with bodyweight alone. A pull-up bar speeds up the pull tree, but it's never required.
Can I get a refund?
Full refund any time before launch, no questions. After launch, 14-day refund window through your app store.
